In this situation, do not start-up the PC.
The forced termination is done by pressing the power
switch of PC, and the PC may be defective.

starting up the PC”
(“17 minutes after the close down check is completed” to “the time to start the
temperature adjustment”)
The PC is started-up by pressing the system switch, and then the QSS software
starts up and the power supply is turned ON to the printer/processor/scanner
section.
